About Sahab

     Sahab is an independent think tank that has defined its main task as applied political research, around the effective presence of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the international environment, with an emphasis on the development of economic interactions. This think tank considers the research as a prelude to identifying the problems and their roots, so that based on it, it can provide and follow up solutions with the aim of improving the efficiency of the system of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Sahab's history

   After the beginning of the economic crisis in Lebanon in 2019, the scope of this crisis was gradually extended to Syrian economy. The deterioration of the economic conditions in Syria prompted a group of experts to establish this think-tank in 2019 . the goal of foundation was providing a model for the effective role of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the period of reconstruction of Syria.

​​​​​​​   With the end of the formulation of the mentioned model and the start of the follow-up, the Sahab's mission expanded from Syria to Lebanon, Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Yemen and Qatar. ​​​​​​​
